To whom it may concern,
I am interested in applying for a teaching position, on the younger middle school level, in your school district. As a 2012 graduate of Albright College, I have student teaching experience on the fourth and sixth grade level, in suburban school districts.
I am presently student teaching math and social studies in Oley valley School District. This position is showing me the differences of students’ levels and abilities in learning from the elementary level to middle school level. I am pushed to be creative, exciting, and fun while developing my own teaching style.
Throughout my work experience, I have worked in a Summer Recreation Morning Fun Program with new challenges each year. This position allowed for me to interact and work with children aged five to twelve in a play setting. I was a counselor for two years before moving into a supervising position where I have been since 2008.
It is my goal to use my wide range of skills, abilities, and experiences to be the best possible teacher I can be in your school district. I would welcome an interview and hope to hear from you whenever it is convenient for you.
Sincerely,
Christopher Tadley
